1. Grant Application – Composting Bins
Decision Required: Whether to approve.
The attached grant request is for the purchase of composting bins under the FY 14 Budget.
2. Variance Request 5607 Lockwood Road
Decision Required: Whether to take a position.
The owner of the property is checking with the Town prior to filing for a variance. Attached is the variance request for extending beyond the building restriction line.
3. The Pointe @ Cheverly Status
Decision Required: None.
The Mayor and Council have already received the background information regarding the July 2nd hearing before the Prince George’s County Redevelopment Authority.
3. Selection of Vice-Mayor
Decision Required: As Required by Code.
Attached is the Code Section defining the Vice-Mayor selection and the procedures for the selection of a Vice-Mayor.
